      Little critter on the wind-shied turned out to be a tiny mayfly. trout food a long way from any trout. This gal, it was a female, turned out to be a trico mayfly spinner (sexually mature adult), I’ll have to tie some of these but need to get smaller hooks to match 3/8″ body length. Amazing the big fish that fall for such tiny bits of food. Follow up with pix if I fool some unwary fish.
