Well another GREAT Run ! This was at the New Braves Sun Trust Park. It was fun and we also got free tickets to the Game, only wish they would have Won ! This Never Gets Old. See pictures of me and my friend Kelly.

Admire the energy! My bones do better at walking than running but there’s nothing like keepin’ moving to help you keep moving. Your example is an inspiration and reminder to get back in the miles a day routine. Fitness counts on its own but is also a requirement for other outdoor activity. Better to get in shape beforehand than to discover your incapacities trying to navigate the woods.
