Well NOVEMBER 25 was a GREAT afternoon in the woods. I went in the woods about 10 in the morning, after going by work to deliver a car for a customer. It was very nice the weather was GREAT an I thanked God for being there once again. I hunted for about 3 hours an didn’t see anything an was wondering why. So I took a little break an got a snack out of my truck, then back to the woods I went. It was about 4 pm an I had just text a friend that also hunts. My text said been hunting all day an haven’t seen anything. Well abut 5 minutes later I look across the creek an there’s a Buck, I couldn’t believe my eyes. He jumps into the creek an comes back out walking right towards my stand. He goes behind a Big poplar tree an I drew my Bow. He was close an I stopped him with my mouth. I shot the hit was good he ran a short ways an then he just walks back to the creek an laid down. I looked up an said Thank you lord ! Another GREAT HUNT. Praise God. PS Thanks to my good Friend TW for helping me get my deer out of the woods!
