My family and I moved just north of Dallas, TX in a town called Richardson last summer for work. When we were looking for houses we came across a little neighborhood called Duck Creek that we really loved right away. It has about 3-4 mile walking trail all along the creek and ducks everywhere. Once we had an offer on our house in GA we made the trip back out and found a house in this neighborhood that went on the market the same day we arrived. However, it had multiple offers and we weren’t sure we would get it. We were taking a taxi the night that we put an offer on the house and the taxi driver had a silver duck hanging from the rear view mirror. We knew that must be a good sign. God certainly helped us with getting the house as we were not the highest bidder. Here is a picture of my girls feeding the ducks at our creek. We love our neighborhood!
